About UCS

United Contract Services (United) are a Mining Services, Agriculture, Civil and Transport Logistics company based primarily in the Hunter, Newcastle, Western and Gunnedah Coalfields.

Civil and Mining Services – United has a large range of civil and mining plant and machinery with a fleet of new and modern excavators, skid steers, trucks, water carts and ancillary equipment. Operating across large scale Quarry, RMS and development projects with an extensive range of equipment. Most of the equipment is MDG15 compliant and mine site ready. United only employ the best operators who complete work with detail and safety is the priority.

Transport and Logistics – With so much of our own plant to transport, United have rapidly expanded and continues to expand its fleet of light and heavy/oversize transport including equipment floats, B Doubles and Tippers. We are continuing to expand our fleet to meet demand and as always have a customer base that appreciate our urgency and care in transporting their products.

Agriculture – United specialise in, but are not limited to, all aspects of property management, fencing, vineyard services and livestock work. We have a very large skill and equipment base that allows us to carry out nearly any project.

With our current and expanding fleet, United has moved to a full inhouse maintenance and repair model. We have mine qualified heavy vehicle and diesel fitters employed and are fully mobile to attend any site to effect maintenance and repairs. This ensures minimum downtime and maximum efficiency for all our equipment.

Management, supervisors and personnel are from the mining industry having worked though out all NSW and Queensland Coalfields in large scale Open cut and Underground operations. As such, our employees are fully aware of the work environment and expectations in safety and productivity performance.
